    We value and respect the time you set aside to visit our office, so we commit to you to minimize any unnecessary wait time. We strive to see all patients on time for their scheduled appointment. There are times when our schedule is delayed in order to accommodate an injured child or an emergency. Please accept our apology in advance should this occur during your appointment.

    We will do the same if your child is in need of emergency treatment. We will make every attempt to communicate with you in the case that our schedule is delayed, and it might affect your scheduled appointment.

    We request that you provide 48hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This advance notice gives us the opportunity to schedule another patient in your canceled time slot.

    If two (3) broken/missed appointments occur or two (3) cancellations without 48-hour notice, our office reserves the right to not schedule any subsequent appointments and/or apply a broken appointment fee. If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule for the next available appointment.
